John Baar Obituary

We are sad to announce that on October 23, 2021, at the age of 93, John Baar of Jenison, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his former wife Dorothy; his wife Phyllis; his daughter Gayle Baker; his sister Thelma VanNoord (Robert); and his brothers-in-law, Robert VanNoord and Harold Steenbergen.

He is survived by: his children, Jeff Baker, Craig (Julie Baar), Jan (Rick Hearn) and Scott (Brenda Baar); his grandchildren, Cory Stelter, Kylie, Don Anderson, Trent Baar, Steve, Elizabeth Hearn, Dave, Ashley Hearn, Jake Hearn, Kadin Baar and Maisie Baar; his great grandchildren, Aubrey Hearn, Brynlee Hearn, Cameron Anderson and Jayden Anderson; and his sisters, Doris Steenbergen, Donna and Arn Tillema. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
