He was predeceased by: his mother Jennie Haines (Handricks). He is survived by: his father Harlo Haines; his wife Bonnie; his children, Derek Haines (Chonthicha) and Meredith Laburn (Rob); his grandchildren, Jack, Hannah, Elijah, Lily and Nora; and his siblings, Harlo Haines (Ellen) and Patricia Spears (John). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
