He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis Mac Howard Sr. and Beulah Watson. He is survived by: his wife Rae Lee; his grandchildren, Gabriel, Stella, Avery, Cooper, Isabel, Jenna, Jack and Jordyn; his sisters, Mary Farrell (Chuck) and Carol Perjesi; and also, Sara Amy, Timothy Howard (Christy) and Jason Howard (Jami).

Memorial donations in memory of Mac can be made to Bronson Advanced Illness Management (A.I.M.), VFW and Mott Children's Hospital.
