It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lydia Rapoza (Kalkaska, Michigan), born in Fall River, Massachusetts, who passed away on September 30, 2021, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Manuel Viveiros and Alexandrina Viveiros (Silva); her husband Joseph James Rapoza Sr.; her children, Vivian Labombarbe and Joseph Rapoza Jr.; her children-in-law, Jacklyn Rapoza and James Baldwin; and her grandson Peter Vandriessche.

She is survived by : her children, Shirley Baldwin, Carlton Rapoza (Missy), Karen Krumlauf (Donald), Darrell Rapoza (Sandra) and Arthur Rapoza (Pamela). She is also survived by 22 grandchildren, 37 great-grandchildren, 8 great-great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
