He was predeceased by : his parents, James Monroe Richardson and Edith F. Richardson (Hodgeman); and his siblings, Ned Richardson and Ruth Collier. He is survived by : his wife Gloria Guile; his children, James Monroe Richardson (Bobbi) and Janis R. Riley (Richard) of Rockford, MI.; and his grandchildren, Rebecca Beckett (Michael), Shanna Gauss (Jared), Dawn Droske and Lloyd Droske. He is also survived by eight great grandchildren.

Memorials are suggested to Cystic Fibrosis Foundation or Meadow Brook Care Facility, Bellaire, MI.
