It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Marie Root (Kalkaska, Michigan), born in Dearborn, Michigan, who passed away on May 13, 2019, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Shirley Sanders (McCombs) and George Sanders; her husband Laurel "Jimmy" Root; and her sister Cindy Champion. She is survived by: her children, Tish Tuller (Moses), Fay Killingsworth (Jim), Rosalind Grice (Jason) and Angel Stevens (Dave Thornburg); her grandchildren, Dean, Etelka, Daniel, Erik, Sky, Liz, Joseph, Matthew, Anthony and Natasha; her great grandchildren, Madeline, Daniel, Lilly, Xavier, Willow and Aubrey; and her siblings, George Sanders, Fay Paigac and Raymond Sanders. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
