He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Violet Williams (DeCamp) and Warren J Ogg; his children, Kimberly Schlotterback (Troy) of Kalamazoo, Brandi Gingles (Dan) of Fife Lake and Randy Arbuckle of Kalkaska; his stepdaughter Misty Poppeck of Nevada; his fiancée Tina Carter; and his siblings, Dixie Arbuckle, Bonnie Hanover and James Tester. He was also cherished by 13 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
