She is survived by: her mother Patricia Smith (Russell); her siblings, Mike, Larry Smith, Deborah Natzel (Rob) and Brenda Chase (Gerald); her children, Ashley Kwiatkowski (Kyle), Melissa Smith (Quentin) and Chad Smith; her grandchildren, Ryzen, Lakin, Zachary, Bentley and Michael; and her sister Denise Smith. She is also survived by her Grandparents, many Aunts and Uncles, cousins, and nephews.
