He was predeceased by: his parents, Senora Foster and James Fair, Jr.; his sister Joyce Humphrey; and his uncle James Haggard. He is survived by: his daughter Jennifer; his grandsons, Darius and Isaiah; his brothers, Michael Winfield (Maureen Kirkwood) and Bryan Foster (Julie Jenkins); his brother-in-law Ventson Humphrey; his siblings' children, Samantha Jones (Kamani), Maggie Hulson (Heather), Ashleigh Callier (Trent Davis), VJ Humphrey, Aaron Winfield and Josh Foster; his aunts, Helen Arrington (Robert) and Cynthia Haggard; and his friends, Scott Bell, Chantel Westdale, Jane DeYoung, Jason Marlett, Sue and Dave Warmels. He is also survived by many cousins and great nieces/nephews.
