He is survived by: his wife Mary Dougoveto of Kingsford; his children, Celeste Malone (Nicholas) of Iron Mountain, Cecilia Smith (Frank) of Iron Mountain, Anthony Calo (Cathy) of Green Bay, Wis, Monica Shampo (Will) of Weaverville, NC and Jay Calo (Liz) of Grand Haven, Mich.; his grandchildren, Maxwell (Karla), Hannah (Lindsay), Molly, Frank IV (Gabrielle), Sophie, Charles, JonPaul, Benjamin, Jack Henry, Jason (Nicole), Julia, Sarah, Zoe (Teddy), Willa, Maia, John Francis, Clare, Luke, Avery and Addison; his great grandchildren, Roman, Emma and Shoshanna; his parents-in-law, John Dougoveto (Sharon), Ann Martin (Tom), Lu Menghini (Bernie) and Therese Gross (Tom); and his sibling's children, Carmela Altobelli, Michelle Wilkins (Buck), Grace Tullis (Woody), Pete Altobelli (Cecs), Elizabeth Voelzke (Dick), Paula, Peter, Mickey Calo (Cheryl) and Carla Bolek (Larry). He is also survived by his wife, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
