We are sad to announce that on September 5, 2018, at the age of 79, Ann Ruggles (Kingston, Michigan), born in Caro, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by : her husband Arlo; her daughter Dawn Raymond of Southwest Harbor, ME; her sisters, Jane Montei (Jerry) of Caro and Marilyn Potter (Jason) of Haslett; and her sister-in-law Sharon Thorpe (Jerry) of Caro. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; many special friends.
