He was predeceased by : his parents, Michael Kopko and Maria Kopko; and his siblings, Frank Kopko, George Kopko, Joe Kopko, Michael Kopko (Barb), Agnes Brynes (L. J.) and Mary Marker (Dick).
He is survived by : his wife Ruth; his children, Jean Brinkman (Steve) of Caro, John Kopko (Sharon) of Braunsfel, TX, Ann Herron (Bill) of Kingston and Matthew Kopko (Emily) of Grand Haven; his grandchildren, Joshua Lester (Val), Ben Lester, Edward Herron (Kara), Erica Irvine (Cody), Sarah Kopko (Max), Corey Remillard (Jaime), Alex Roetman (Audrey), Emma Rose Korstanje, Gabriel Kopko, Nicholas Kopko and Gregory Kopko; and his great grandchildren, Kierstin Lester, Nova Herron, Charlotte Remillard, Jay Lester, Christian Remillard and Everlee Herron. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
