He was predeceased by : his stepson Wesley Wooster; and his nephew Kurtis Lange. He is survived by : his parents, Robert H. Phillips and Nancy A. Phillips (Horner); his wife Brenda Phillips; and his sister Kathy Lange (Allen).

Memorial contributions may be made to the Family Discretionary Fund in care of Brenda Phillips.
