He was predeceased by: his parents, Jay Hoffman and Bette Hoffman; and his sisters, Vikki and Wanda. He is survived by: his wife Carla of Kinross, MI; his children, Ronda, Jay of Holland, MI and Joshua (Allan) of Allegan, MI; his stepdaughter Suzanne (Ryan) of Sault Ste; his grandsons, Isaiah, Brayden (Farrah) and Zachary; his great grandchild Isabella; and his siblings, Danny (Roland) of Goodyear, AZ and Kelly of Holland, MI. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
