He was predeceased by : his parents, W. Allen Lewis and Bertha Lewis. He is survived by : his children, Allen Lewis (Kristin) of Westerville, Lisa Lewis (Dianna) of Sausalito and Stephanie Cahill of Columbus. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
