He was predeceased by : his parents, Hugo Decker and Bernadette Decker (Dupuis); his wife Dolores Beaudoin (Dee); his daughter Cheryl Montoya; his siblings, William Decker (Bill), Rosemary LaBelle (Rosie) and Dolores M. Decker; and his siblings-in-law, Bernard LaBelle (Bunny) and Patricia Decker.
He is survived by : his children, Debra McMahan, Diana Gonzales, Brian Decker (Stephanie) and Karen Lucas; his siblings, Raymond Decker (Anita) and Catherine Carlyon (David); and also D'Niese Mills. He is also survived by 12 Grandchildren 19 Great Grandchildren 3 Great-Great Grandchildren.
