She is survived by : her mother Connie Teachworth (Miller); her husband Nelson; her children, Valerie Idema (Bryan), Michael Dean (Jackalynn), Sara Booth (Charles), Elizabeth Baty (Joshua), Jim Frizzell (Angie) and Rebecca Phenix (Devin); her grandchildren, Victoria Martinez, Briana Dean, Allison Frizzell, Tyler Idema, Lauren Baty, Blake Frizzell, Jacob Dean, Millie Phenix, Noah Dean, Deklan Phenix and Weston Baty; her sister April Ferrer (Carl); and her niece Angie DeBois.
