She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Waite and Esther Waite (Dow); her husband Franklin; her children, Art, Frank and Esther Burghduf; her granddaughter Savanah; and her siblings, Alice Waite, Kay Boone, Adeline Williams, Audrey Clemens, Jesse, James, Russell and Delwyn Waite.
She is survived by: her children, Albert Troupe of Grand Rapids and Francine Woolworth of Lakeview; her grandchildren, Terri Vining, Lori Sturdavant (Gary), Jennifer Lambert (Shawn), Dannie Rutledge (Jeb), Jamie Parker (Stacey), Arthur Troupe (Kristina), BJ Burghduf, Lacy Franklin (Arron), Lexee Troupe and John Asbell; her sisters, Caroline Sinclair, Janice Moon and Joyce Sage (Roger); and her sister-in-law Susan Waite. She is also survived by 22 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great-grandsons.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Brockway Wesleyan Church (10951 3 Mile Rd, Morley, MI 49336).
In lieu of flowers the family asks contributions in Genny's memory be made to Brockway Wesleyan Church, 10951 3 Mile Rd., Morley, MI 49336.
