He is survived by: his wife Sue Weatherhead; his children, Jason (Kay), Laura Losicki (Ryan), Blake and Spencer Weatherhead; his grandchildren, Fiona, Colton and Jameson; his sister Jennifer Walske (Steve); his nieces, Maya and Savannah; his father-in-law Paul Woodring; his sisters-in-law, Sandy Blake (Marty) and Judy Landuyt; and his mother Doris Smith (Shackelford).
