He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia; his children, Frederick, Kateri Ann and Priscilla Williams; and his parents, Ida Kaiser and John Kaiser.
He is survived by: his children, Thomas (Susan) and Katie Livingston (Fred); and his son-in-law Dale Williams. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
