She was predeceased by: her parents, Moliver Ainslie and Lora Ainslie; her husband Ralph H. Smith; and her daughter Loreen Beyer. She is survived by: her daughter Julie Kline; her son-in-law John E. Beyer; her grandchildren, Lori, Lisa, Jeff, Tammy, Tracy and Bethany; and her brother Brian Ainslie. She is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to Girl Scouts of America or a charity of one's choice.
