She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Burke and Margie Burke; and her brother Jimmy Tackitt. She is survived by: her sons, Robert Montalvo (Lupe) and Derek Slocum (Jessica); her brothers, Hobert Burke and Swift Burke; her grandchildren, Ajah Montalvo, Julyssa Manty, Dylan Slocum, Phoenix Montalvo and Jace Slocum; and her pet Josie. She is also survived by many cousins, friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Gorsline Runciman Funeral Homes (1730 E Grand River Ave, East Lansing, MI 48823). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A reception will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
