He is survived by: his wife Sherry Shook; his daughters, Sara Smith (Jimmy) and Ashley Burger (Matt); his granddaughters, Olivia, Nevaeh, Haily, Laney and Bruer; his great grandchildren, Zuri and Zola; his siblings, Lona Shaw, Dan Shook and Cindy Whitmill (Bob); and his sister-in-law Brenda Shook.
