He was predeceased by: his parents, James and Christina. He is survived by: his siblings, Jim (Darlene), Maureen and Kerry Brian (Darka); and his siblings' children, Kyle Elliott, Chad Scarsbrook, Shanley Jardine, Kelley Newstead and Jaime-Lyn Hugh.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Winnipeg Humane Society or to a charity of your choice.
