He is survived by: his wife Stephanie; his mother-in-law Lucena Luther; his brother Claude Adkins, Jr. (Kay); his sibling's children, Cory Adkins, Greg Adkins, Michael Adkins, Heidi Adkins, Amy Lionquist and Michelle Davis; and his sister-in-law Susan Adkins.
