She was predeceased by: her parents, James Mills and Esther Mills (Mathias). She is survived by: her husband William "Bill" M. Calhoun; her sons, Aaron W. Calhoun and James M. Calhoun (Karen); her grandchildren, Aaron "A. C.", Owen, Eva, Aiden and Jacob; and her siblings, Cheryl K. Keen (Bob), Diane Strickland, Jacqueline Kinney (Curt), Debbi Rountree (Terry) and James A. Mills.

Memorial contributions may be made Hospice of Lansing, Stoneleigh Residence in Jane's name.
