Mara A. Lusis Obituary

We bid farewell to Mara A. Lusis of Holt, Michigan, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on April 21, 2026 at the age of 82. Mara touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Aleksandrs Lusis and Vera Lusis; her granddaughter Ariana Mae Lusis; and her brother Harry Grinvalds. She is survived by: her husband Gus Lusis; her children, Karen Sager (Jess), Kris Lusis (Kelly) and Karmen Ruiz (Juan); her grandchildren, Austin Sager, Jonas Lusis, Harper Lusis, Gabriel Riley and Cruz Ruiz; and her siblings, Sandra Kardiff (Jim), Intis Lusis (Ivea) and Maris Lusis (Valentina).

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 30th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Estes-Leadley Holt/Delhi Chapel (2121 N Cedar St, Holt, MI 48842).
