She was predeceased by: her husband Nick; and her parents, Michael Horaski and Mary Horaski. She is survived by: her children, Donna Phillips (Keith) and John; her grandsons, Kristopher Phillips (Kathy), Kyle Phillips (Ashley) and Chad Oshanski; and her great grandchildren, Hannah and Ellie Phillips.
