He is survived by: his wife Nicole Kurtz (Elenbaas); his pets, Ellie and Tina; his mother Susann Kurtz (Jim); his siblings, Peter Kurtz (Gwen), Leslie McShane (Ed), Jill Polese (Frank), Nancy Marsh (Brian) and Amanda Long (Jeff); his father-in-law Rick; his siblings-in-law, Rick Jr. Elenbaas (Melissa), Lenny Snoap (April), Jessica Elenbaas and Lisa Elenbaas; his siblings' children, Ricky III, Brooklynn, Sydney, Katie, Dylan, Jamzyn, Jakob, Dominic, Larry, Meckenzie, Joseph, Chandler, Isabella, Madison, Collin, Bianca and Kendyl; and his great-nephews, River and Tavyn.
