He was predeceased by: his parents, Michele Bozzo and Clementina Bozzo (Pennino); his brother Francesco Bozzo; and his nephew Frankie Bozzo, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Rosa; his children, Stephen Bozzo (Rosalinda), Joseph Bozzo (Connie), Lisa Herson (Brad) and Christina Gentile (Mark); and his grandchildren, Sophia, Anthony, Nicholas, Adrianna, Stephen, Jr., Julia, Vincent and Thomas. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and many friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be given to Hospice House of Mid-Michigan in his memory.
