Woods of Lansing, Phillip Woods (Connie) of Colorado Springs, Colorado and Roderick Woods (Cheri) of Colorado Springs, Colorado; his stepdaughters, Diane Jackson of Sikeston and Annie L. Baldwin of Atlanta, Georgia; his sister Lola M. Allen of St. Louis, Missouri; and his brother-in-law Sammie L. Gipson of Portageville, Missouri.. He is also survived by 39 grandchildren; 93 great grandchildren.
