She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald Bridget and Eleanore Bridget (Jodway); her husband Mike Lezan; her son Mark; and her brother Donald Bridget.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Lezan (Karen), Michelle Lezan and Melanie Swejkoski (Donald); her grandchildren, Karia, Katelynn, Mark, Alexandrea, Brittany, Brooke, Jared and Rachel; her great grandchildren, Makayla, Blake, Abigail, Kailee and Isaac; her sister Barbara Smith (Bernie); and her brother-in-law Leo Haynes.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Stoneleigh Residence and Hospice.
