She was predeceased by: her aunt Julie Bennett; her cousin Chris Bennett; and her nephew Alex Gutierrez. She is survived by: her children, Breanna Phillips (Kenneth), Ashley, Rachael and Gabriel Johnson; her grandchildren, Paxton and Archer Phillips; her parents, Robert Bartosiewicz and Laura Bartosiewicz; her siblings, Robert Bartosiewicz (Danielle), Dawn Gutierrez (Manuel) and Tiah Skrzyzki (Eric); and her significant other Victor Mikolowski. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Julia's family.
