With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Wayne Bennett of Lapeer, Michigan, born in Parma, Missouri, who passed away on November 25, 2021 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Bufford Bennett and Rose Bennett (Abernathy); his former wife Marie; and his brothers, Billy Joe, Keith and Nathan Bennett.
He is survived by: his former wife Patricia Schertzer; his wife Pat Bennett; his children, Danny Bennett (Kristie) of Lapeer and Kim Rader of Lake Orion; his stepchildren, Cheryl Drake (Pat) of Columbiaville and Kim Beebe of Oxford; and his brothers, Perry Bennett (Barbara) of Missouri and Paul Bennett (June) of Florida. He is also survived by five grandchildren; eight great grandchildren.
