She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Boetcher and Wilma Boetcher (Kulow); and her husband Bill. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Brian Carroll (Grace), Michael Carroll (Keisha), Kayla Steil (Kris), Melissa Carroll (Jacob), Austin and Alyssa; and her sister Beverly Richardson (Keith). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
