She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Salata and Margaret Salata; her husband George; and her siblings, Mary Rokita (Bill), Gertrude Kubik (Eddie), Joseph Salata (Ann), Edward Salata (Helen), Jane Donakowski (Bill) and Richard Salata.
She is survived by: her children, David (Sandy), Mike (Lori) and Debbie Perkins (late Greg); her grandchildren, Dawn Foster (Dave), Kelly Tabaka-Griffith (Kyle), Courtney Tabaka, Kyle Tabaka (Allison), Sarah Perkins and Michael Tabaka; her great grandchildren, Acadia, Waimea, Olivine, Hendrix, Ruby, Wyatt and Finn; her sister Lorraine Kasper (late Leonard); and her sister-in-law Margaret Rhoades. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions to the Solanus Casey Center or Angela Hospice would be appreciated.
