She was predeceased by: her parents, John Czerwinski and Catherine Czerwinski; her husband Herman Czajka; her son Paul Czajka; and her siblings, Florence Slone and John Czerwinski.

She is survived by: her children, David Czajka (Diana) and Cynthia Peek; her sisters, Joan Grupczynski and Nancy Costello; and her grandchildren, Olivia and Nicholas.

Donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
