In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Gulabi leaves behind and her impact on the lives of her loved ones. Though Gulabi may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was predeceased by: her son Pradeep Shetty; and her husband Jagannath Shetty. She is survived by: her daughters, Shalini Shetty and Shobha Kanherkar; her sons-in-law, Hari Ganesan and Sanjeev Kanherkar; and her grandchildren, Prithviraj Kanherkar, Avnee Kanherkar, Ashna Ganesan and Rohan Ganesan.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Southern Michigan Services (12700 Fairlane, Livonia, MI 48150). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Home of Shalini Shetty.
