He is survived by: his mother Stephanie Butkovich (Zar) of Gaylord; his siblings, Richard Butkovich Jr. (Christy Richards) of Rose City, David Butkovich (Laurie) of Engadine and Christine LaBell (John) of Gaylord; his siblings' children, Heather Hill (Jamie) of Greenville and Christopher (Laura) of Britton; his great-niece Shelby Butkovich; and his great-nephew Hunter Butkovich.
