He was predeceased by: his parents, Roscoe Hoover and Irene Hoover; and his sister Carolyn Martin (James). He is survived by: his siblings, Janice Wheeker (David) and Beverly Hoover. He is also survived by 5 nephews, 7 grand nephews and 1 grand niece.
