He was predeceased by: his parents, Larry Carley and Doris Carley (Boillard). He is survived by: his wife Del Carley; and his children, Amanda McCray (Demario), Mark Carley III (Jeanne Cole) and Jaimie Bryant (Keith). He is also survived by ten grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and five siblings.
