She was predeceased by: her spouse Marino Toccaceli; her daughter Annie Guerra; and her siblings, Gaetano, Giuseppina, Pierra, Gina and Marina.

She is survived by: her children, Vincenzina Crescentini and Gabriella Konkel; her grandchildren, Cristina, Stefano, Erika, Michael, Angelina and Rico; and her great grandchildren, Dino, Lila, Joshua and Leah.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Rosa's honor are appreciated to Fr. Solanus Center and the Capuchin Soup Kitchen.
