She was predeceased by: her husband Frank Boryczka; her former husband Joseph Tabone; her parents, Nora Riordan and Maurice Riordan; and her sisters, Nora Murphy, Mary Tomasik, Eileen Mallon, Kathleen Bonnici and Patricia Mroczka.
She is survived by: her children, Tricia Edwards (Frank), Jennifer Liberadski (Tony), Adam Boryczka (Elisa) and Aaron Boryczka (Jessica); and her grandchildren, Brenden, Matthew, Madeline, Lilly and Jack.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the Father Solanus Casey Center in Detroit, a place close to Shirley's heart.
