She was predeceased by: her husband George Lawrence OKulich; her daughter Charlotte OKulich; her son-in-law Larry D. Sydenstricker; her parents, Martin Luther Artrip and Lydia Olive Copley; and her sisters, Estelle Ellis, Ella Marie Robertson, Fern Jackson, Mildred Copley and Janice Burns.
She is survived by: her daughters, Toni OKulich and Barbara Sydenstricker; her sibling's children, Fern Jackson (Bud) and Darold Copley (Kay); her grandchildren, Angelique Wade, Shawna Wade, Jamie Robson (Eric), Cherrielyn Sydenstricker, Karry Sydenstricker, Angel Allen, Roselyn Hoyt (Chad), Anthony Wade and Larry Sydenstricker; her great grandchildren, Alexis Hoyt, Destiny O'Hara, Kaylee Sydenstricker, Jadin White, Christiauna Anne, Ashley Chisolm, Charlotte Chisolm, Brooklyn Barber, Amina Wade, Janelle White, Jenai White, Lukus Hoyt, Danny O'Hara, Jr., Eric Robson, John Curtis White, Jr., Henry Allen, Jr., Frederick Wade and Christian Michael Robson; her brother Don Artrip; and her great grandchild Charles Chisolm.
