He was predeceased by: his wife Jennie. He is survived by: his children, Cheryl Mack (Gordon) and Paul Worley (Karen); and his grandchildren, Katie Worley (Matt Charnley) and Philip Worley (Melody Stokosa). He is also survived by loving family members, friends, many grand-dogs.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Michigan Humane Society.
