He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward and Sophie (Pulaski); his son Ronald; and his brother Donald. He is survived by: his wife Barbara (Forgue); his son Edward (Donna); his grandson Alex; his daughter-in-law Susan (Steinhoff); his grandchildren, Matthew (Jennifer) and Kristyn Heitzman (Andrew); his great grandchild Grayson Heitzman; his grandsons, David Forgue (Kate Hahn) and Thomas Forgue; his siblings, Robert (Alyce) and Nancy Pitchford (Gary); and his sister-in-law Ruth (Contreras). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
