He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles G. Dennis II and Blanche B. Brown; his son Thomas; his brothers, Donald and Charles; his sister-in-law Evelyn; his sister Evelyn; his brother-in-law Roy; and his wife Loretta Jane Sherlock.
He is survived by : his children, Richard Dennis II, Mary Kay Dennis and Jim; his daughter-in-law Liz; his grandchildren, Ginger, Jessica (Rob), Richard III, Thomas (Taylor) and Chelsea (Chad); his great grandchildren, Taylor (Alec), Jacob (Makelya), Hannah (Josh) and Logan; his great great grandchild Presley; his brother Lawrence "Larry"; his siblings-in-law, Margaret Marrison and William Sherlock Jr. (Mary); his caregiver Dick; and his children, Hospitals, Alec and Caleb. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
