He was predeceased by: his parents, James Francis and Wilma Francis; his former wife Sharon Francis; his sister Cindy Gough; and his brother-in-law William Gough.
He is survived by: his wife Gracie Francis; his great grandchildren, Sam Stillwagon, Skylar Stillwagon, Rachel Norris, Jillian Talley, Corey MacMeekan, Chance Rushing and Christian MacMeekan; and his brother Jim Francis. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
