We are sad to announce that on June 22, 2020, at the age of 76, Karen Costa of Macomb, Michigan, born in San Antonio, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Bryson Case and Doris Ann Case (Jones); her husband Joseph Peter Costa; her children, Nancy Richards (Eric), Ronald Vermiglio (Tammie), Linda Schaefer and James Vermiglio (Jodi Ancello); her stepchildren, Cindy Chapman (James) and Joseph Costa Jr. (Darcy); her grandchildren, Christina Carpenter (Bradley), Jennifer Storfa, Mikaelah Armbruster, Amanda Chapman, Brittany Jones (Joseph), Jim Chapman Jr., Heather, Jamie and Brandon Costa; and her great grandchildren, Lily, Jet, Atlas, Violet, Dallas, Rosie and Joseph.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be addressed in Karen's memory to the Michigan Humane Society.
