He was predeceased by : his parents, Nathan Richter and Valentina Richter (Draht). He is survived by : his wife Sally; his son Steven Richter (Sandra); his grandchildren, Leslie, Kevin and Julie; his great grandchild Avery; his daughter Heather Garner (David); his stepgrandchildren, Steve and Jeff; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Austin and Sydney; and his siblings, Herbert (Billie) and Joan Bayer. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions to Woodside Bible Church in Hank's honor, in lieu of flowers, would be greatly appreciated.
